Real systems. Real outcomes.

Most AI consultants are engineers looking for problems, or strategists selling slideware. We're neither. We sit at the operator's desk, find the five places AI actually pays for itself, and ship the thing.

WHAT WE DO

Business people
who understand AI.
AI people who
understand business.

Most AI consultants are engineers looking for problems, or strategists selling slideware. We're neither. We sit at the operator's desk, find the five places AI actually pays for itself, and ship the systems ourselves — strategy through production, same team start to finish.

Services

Four ways
to deploy.

Strategy that leads to real systems. Systems that lead to real outcomes. Pick what fits — or let us figure that out together.

STRATEGY

AI Strategy & Roadmap

Know exactly where AI moves the needle — before you spend a dollar building.

We dig into your operations, talk to your teams, and hand you a prioritized roadmap with ROI projections. A clear plan — not a generic deck.

SYSTEMS

Custom AI Systems

Your operations, automated and intelligent.

Prediction models, intelligent agents, document processors, workflow automation, internal tools — scoped to your problem, built on your stack, running in production.

ENABLEMENT

AI Enablement

Your team, working with AI by the time we leave the room.

Training in your actual workflows. Not theory. Not slides. Your people leave with templates, prompt frameworks, and the skills to use AI daily.

PARTNERSHIP

Ongoing AI Partnership

Your embedded AI team — without the overhead.

Foundry NX as your dedicated AI function. We maintain what's built, find new opportunities, and keep evolving your systems as you grow.

Select Work

Samples of
what we've built.

From prediction systems to deployed agent infrastructure — here's a look at the range.

HEALTHCARE / PE PORTFOLIO

No-Show Prediction System

Custom-trained prediction models for a PE-backed, 40+ location specialty healthcare group. Scores individual patient no-show risk nightly and surfaces it to staff before appointments are lost.

REVENUE CYCLE / SPECIALTY HEALTHCARE

Insurance Denial & Appeal System

Appeals automation for specialty practices losing meaningful revenue to denials. Parses payer patterns, detects underpayments, generates compliant appeal letters.

OPERATIONS / MEDIA

Financial Close Automation

An AI classification engine that learns vendor patterns, auto-routes GL transactions, and flags only edge cases for human review.

EXECUTIVE INTELLIGENCE / MULTI-DEPARTMENT ORG

Organizational Pulse System

Ingests meeting, calendar, and comms signals across the org to surface stalled decisions and emerging blind spots before leadership has to ask.

KNOWLEDGE INFRASTRUCTURE / STARTUP

Organizational Knowledge Hub

A unified RAG system that continuously ingests and indexes every data source, answering natural-language queries with cited sources.

AGENT INFRASTRUCTURE

Multi-Agent Operating System

Purpose-built agent systems for client operations — research, lead intelligence, chief of staff, and task-specific agent generation.

The Operators

Built by People Who Ship

Small team. Senior people. Direct access. You work with the people building your systems. No junior advisors. No career consultants. No handoffs.

We work across industries — and we're not afraid to get in the weeds. We learn how your operation actually runs before we build anything. That's the difference between AI that demos well and AI that works.

We built Foundry NX on one principle: the people who understand your business should be the same people building your systems.

FAQ

Questions we get.

The ones we hear most from enterprise teams evaluating an engagement.

Strategy engagements deliver a prioritized roadmap with ROI projections in 2–4 weeks. Custom systems typically reach production in 4–12 weeks depending on scope — prediction models and multi-location rollouts sit at the longer end; focused workflow automations at the shorter end. Our engagements are scoped so you see the first operating system live inside 90 days, not a quarterly deliverables plan.

"Too early" usually means unclear data or unclear priorities — not an AI problem. Our Strategy & Roadmap engagement exists for exactly this situation: we assess where you are, find the 2–3 places AI would actually move a number, and tell you honestly if the right next step is data infrastructure first. We'd rather tell you to wait six months than sell you a build you aren't ready to operate.

We default to building on your infrastructure, inside your compliance perimeter — your cloud, your VPC, your identity provider, your data governance. Systems that touch regulated data (healthcare, financial, PII) are scoped accordingly from day one, including BAAs where relevant and no third-party LLM routing of protected data without explicit authorization. We don't retain client data outside of engagement scope.

Every engagement is scoped against a specific operational metric, not a vague AI goal. If the built system doesn't move the metric in production validation, we iterate until it does or we stop — we don't invoice you for a system that doesn't perform. Strategy engagements are tested against a simpler bar: do you have a better-prioritized plan than before. If the answer is no, that's on us.

We start with a free 30-min fit call. If it's a fit, a 2-week scoping phase produces a fixed-scope statement of work: the specific system to be built, the operational metric it targets, the timeline, and the acceptance criteria. No open-ended T&M. No "AI transformation" fog. Ongoing partnerships run on a separate monthly retainer model after the initial build is live.

The people who assess your operation are the same people writing the code. No junior advisors, no offshore handoff, no "strategy team" throwing a deck over the wall to a "delivery team." We go from assessment through production deployment — and we stay to run what we built until your team owns it cleanly.

Horizontal across enterprise. Past work has concentrated in healthcare, revenue cycle, media operations, and executive intelligence — but the positioning is industry-agnostic. If your operation has complex, repetitive decisions or workflows, AI probably has a role. The fit question is about engagement shape and leadership commitment, not vertical.
